1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described

  • The item is unused and in its original condition and packaging

  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for:

  • Items that are used, worn, or washed

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Delays in shipping caused by courier services

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at supplementselector.shop with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Our team will guide you through the next steps. Please do not return items directly to the address on your package without authorization.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • You will be eligible for a full refund without any condition.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 1–3 business days

  • Shipping fees would not be deducted because its already free.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account or payment method

  2. Contact your bank or credit card company (it may take time to process)

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, please reach out to us

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 1 day of placing them. Once your order is processed or shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.
